Selective Cloud Account Onboarding
This provides flexibility for organizations that don’t need to monitor all accounts in their cloud environment. The Include/Exclude option lets you select specific accounts/OUs during initial onboarding. Excluded accounts can still be onboarded later individually.


Account Selection Options
You can configure onboarding with three approaches:
All
This option lets you select all accounts in your cloud environment. This is the default setting.
- All Accounts:
- Select all accounts in your cloud environment
- All accounts will be onboarded
Include OUIDs
This option (include_ouids
) lets you select specific OUIDs to include during onboarding. You can also exclude individual accounts from these OUIDs.
Exclude / Include Accounts (optional)
This configuration lets you exclude specific accounts from the selected OUIDs. You can also include individual accounts from excluded OUIDs.
You have the following options:
- Exclude Accounts:
- Exclude specific accounts from the selected OUIDs
- These accounts won’t be onboarded
- Include Extra Accounts:
- Include specific accounts from excluded OUIDs
- These accounts will be onboarded even if they are in excluded OUIDs
Exclude OUIDs
This option (exclude_ouids
) lets you select specific OUIDs to exclude during onboarding. You can also include individual accounts from these OUIDs.
Include / Exclude Accounts (optional)
This configuration lets you include specific accounts from the selected OUIDs. You can also exclude individual accounts from included OUIDs. You have the following options:
- Include Accounts:
- Include specific accounts from the selected OUIDs
- These accounts will be onboarded even if they are in excluded OUIDs
- Exclude Extra Accounts:
- Exclude specific accounts from the selected OUIDs
- These accounts won’t be onboarded
