Selective Cloud Account Onboarding

This provides flexibility for organizations that don’t need to monitor all accounts in their cloud environment. The Include/Exclude option lets you select specific accounts/OUs during initial onboarding. Excluded accounts can still be onboarded later individually.

Account Selection Options

You can configure onboarding with three approaches:

All

This option lets you select all accounts in your cloud environment. This is the default setting.

• All Accounts:
  • Select all accounts in your cloud environment
  • All accounts will be onboarded

Include OUIDs

This option lets you select specific OUIDs to include during onboarding. You can also exclude individual accounts from these OUIDs.

Exclude / Include Accounts (optional)

This configuration lets you exclude specific accounts from the selected OUIDs. You can also include individual accounts from excluded OUIDs.

You have the following options:

• Exclude Accounts:
  • Exclude specific accounts from the selected OUIDs
  • These accounts won’t be onboarded
• Include Extra Accounts:
  • Include specific accounts from excluded OUIDs
  • These accounts will be onboarded even if they are in excluded OUIDs

Exclude OUIDs

This option lets you select specific OUIDs to exclude during onboarding. You can also include individual accounts from these OUIDs.

Include / Exclude Accounts (optional)

This configuration lets you include specific accounts from the selected OUIDs. You can also exclude individual accounts from included OUIDs. You have the following options:

• Include Accounts:
  • Include specific accounts from the selected OUIDs
  • These accounts will be onboarded even if they are in excluded OUIDs
• Exclude Extra Accounts:
  • Exclude specific accounts from the selected OUIDs
  • These accounts won’t be onboarded
