Find Your Customer Number

SaaS customers of Sysdig can be identified by a unique customer number, provided by email when the Sysdig environment is first provisioned. While it is generally unnecessary to know the customer number, and is not prominently displayed in the user interface, some configuration settings may require it. To retrieve the number:

  1. Log into the Sysdig interface.

  2. Navigate to the URL endpoint /api/user/me?_product=SDC.

  3. Find the customer:id portion of the JSON to determine the customer number:



For on-premises environments, the customer number will typically be 1 .
