Ticketing Integrations
Use the Ticketing Integrations to quickly and easily set up a connection between the Sysdig platform and your organization’s task management tool, such as Jira, to inject Sysdig tasks into your existing remediation workflow.
At this time, Sysdig supports the ticketing options listed in the following subpages.
Jira Ticketing
Jira integration lets Sysdig users open Jira tickets within the Sysdig Secure UI and assign them to team members directly. The first iteration allows users to open tickets from the Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM)/Identity recommendations on the Home page, after an Administrator has configured the integration.
