Connect Cloud Accounts to Sysdig Monitor

Cloud integrations extend Sysdig Monitor’s monitoring capabilities to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure Cloud metrics, and AWS CloudWatch Metric Streams.

Google Cloud Platform Metrics

The GCP integration allows you to ingest GCP platform metrics into Sysdig. With this integration, you can monitor your GCP infrastructure resources in one location, and get insight into the health and status of your GCP cloud services and workload in realtime.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Metrics

The Azure Monitor integration allows you to ingest Azure cloud platform metrics via Azure Monitor into Sysdig so you can monitor all of your Azure and other infrastructure resources in one location. The Azure Monitor integration extends Sysdig’s visibility into the heath & status of your Azure cloud services and workloads so you can monitor all available Azure services in realtime and correlate status of and changes to your cloud infrastructure against application and infrastructure performance.

Amazon CloudWatch Metric Streams

Amazon CloudWatch is a monitoring service that collects monitoring and operational data in the form of logs, metrics, and events. AWS Metric Streams allows AWS users to export metrics from key AWS services faster by eliminating the need for custom integrations for each AWS resources. The AWS users can send these streams of metric data to different endpoints, such as Sysdig, through an Amazon Data Firehose HTTPS endpoint.

Sysdig Monitor collects CloudWatch metrics from various AWS services and custom namespaces to provide comprehensive visibility of your AWS resources, applications, and services running on AWS. Sysdig provides a CloudFormation template to help you configure an AWS account for metric streaming to Sysdig.

This capability is in addition to the existing support to collect AWS CloudWatch metrics by using CloudWatch APIs.
