Sysdig offers a wide range support for technical assistance. If you need help, open a support case in the Customer Support Portal. Use your Sysdig credentials to log in.

Reach Support

For your convenience, Sysdig provides multiple methods to reach Sysdig Support.

Fill Out a Web-Based Form

Open a support ticket by filling in the web-based form.

Use the Product UI

To access Sysdig Support from the UI:

  1. Click your account name in the bottom left panel to open the User menu.

  2. Under Help, click Support Website to open the Sysdig Support website.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Submit a Ticket, click Contact Support.

  4. Fill out the ticketing page and click Save.

    A case number is assigned to your ticket. Support will review your case and contact you.

Chat with Support

To contact the Customer Success team from the Sysdig Monitor or Sysdig Secure UI, select the the Chat with Us icon from the bottom of the left navigation bar.

This button may be unresponsive if you have disabled Usage Data in your Privacy Settings. See Individual User Settings
