Contact Sysdig Support

To access Sysdig Support from the UI:

  1. Click your account name in the bottom left panel.

  2. Under Help, click Support Website to display the Sysdig support website.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the support website and under Submit a Ticket, click Contact Support.

  4. Fill out the ticketing page that appears and click Save. A case number is assigned to your ticket. Support will review your case and contact you.

Check the Status of Scheduled Maintenance

Sysdig SaaS Platform users can check the status of scheduled maintenance and subscribe for updates.

Click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES to receive automated notifications.
